1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence. You may not use the platform if you are resident in a jurisdiction we do not serve, or if you appear on a sanctions list we are required to screen against. We may ask you to prove your identity, your address and the source of your funds at any time, and we may restrict the account until you do.
2. Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your two-factor device secure, and for every action taken through a session you opened. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. We will never ask you for your password, your two-factor code or a recovery phrase.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are credited only after the required number of network confirmations, and only for the asset and network the address was issued for. Assets sent to the wrong network or below the published minimum may be unrecoverable. Withdrawals require a fresh two-factor confirmation, are subject to limits and risk review, and may be held for staff approval. Network fees are not refundable once a transaction is broadcast.
4. Investment products
Investment products are not deposits, are not insured, and are not a promise of return. Each product publishes its target rate, term, lock-up and fees before you commit. Returns accrue from a platform reward pool and stop accruing if the pool is not funded. We may close a product to new positions at any time; existing positions run to their published terms.
5. Fees
The current fee schedule is published on the pricing page and the exact amount is shown before you confirm any transaction. We may change fees with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a transaction you have already confirmed.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, or on behalf of an undisclosed third party. You may not attempt to circumvent limits or controls, probe or attack the platform, or use automated access in a way that degrades service for others.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account where we are legally required to, where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or where you materially breach these terms. Where the law allows it we will tell you why. You may close your account at any time once open positions are settled and balances withdrawn.
8. Liability
We provide the platform with reasonable skill and care but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for losses caused by blockchain networks, third-party wallets, market movements, or your own loss of credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in the product and by email before they take effect, and the version identifier at the top of this page changes when they do.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction of the operating entity named in the account documents, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
