How it works
Five steps from an empty account to money back in your bank. Each one names what we do, what you do, and what has to be true before it can happen.
The account lifecycle
Open and verify
You register with an email address and your country of residence. Identity verification is reviewed by a person, not a score: we look at the documents and decide. Verification gates investing and withdrawing; you can look around and deposit before it is finished.
Fund the account
Send a bank transfer in your own currency, or a crypto transfer on a supported network. Fiat payments carry a one-time reference so we can match your money to your account, and a member of staff confirms the credit against the bank statement — the amount that actually arrived, not the amount that was announced.
Allocate capital
Choose a product. Each publishes its target rate, term, lock-up, fees and capacity before you commit, and the amount you are about to move is shown before you confirm. Nothing is invested by default.
Monitor and report
Your portfolio shows what is invested, what is available, and what accrued. Every figure traces back to a ledger entry, and every entry to a transaction you can open.
Withdraw
Request a payout to your bank account or to a crypto address. Withdrawals need a fresh two-factor confirmation, pass risk and limit checks, and above a threshold are approved by a member of staff who is not you. Bank payouts are sent by a person and carry the payment reference back to you.
What the platform guarantees
These are properties of the system rather than promises in marketing copy — each one is enforced in the database or the approval flow.
- Append-only accounting
- Balances are the sum of double-entry postings. The ledger cannot be edited or deleted, and an unbalanced entry is rejected by the database itself.
- Client funds are tracked separately
- Client balances, the fee account, the reward pool and the treasury are distinct accounts. A movement between them is a posting with a reason, not an adjustment.
- Four eyes on money out
- A member of staff cannot approve their own withdrawal, and a payment into an account cannot be confirmed by the person who owns it.
- Everything is logged
- Configuration changes, approvals and rejections are written to an audit log with the actor, the reason and the previous value.
Before you start
- Is this a deposit account?
- No. Investment products are not deposits and are not insured. Returns accrue from a funded reward pool at a published rate; if the pool is not funded, accrual stops. The rate is a target, not a guarantee.
- What does verification need?
- An identity document, a proof of address and, for larger amounts, evidence of where the funds came from. We review manually and tell you what is missing rather than rejecting silently.
- Which countries can open an account?
- We serve a published list of jurisdictions. Some are marked with a warning: you can still register and we decide case by case at verification. Withdrawal is never blocked because of where you live.
