Funding and withdrawals
What you can send, how long it takes, what it costs, and who checks it on the way in and on the way out.
Bank transfers
You create a funding request, we issue payment details with a one-time reference, and you pay from an account in your own name. A member of staff matches the incoming payment to the reference against the bank statement and credits the amount that actually arrived. Third-party payments are returned.
| Method | Currencies | Minimum | Fee | Credited |
|---|---|---|---|---|
SEPA transferSandbox | EUR | 100 EUR | 0.00% | within 24h |
SEPA InstantSandbox | EUR | 100 EUR | 0.20% | within 1h |
International wire (SWIFT)Sandbox | USD, EUR | 1,000 USD | 0.00% + 25 USD | within 72h |
Local bank transferSandbox | EUR | 50 EUR | 0.00% | within 48h |
Debit or credit cardComing soonSandbox | EUR, USD | 20 EUR | 1.90% | instant |
The reference is issued once per request and is not reusable. Payments without it can still be matched, but manually and more slowly.
Crypto transfers
Each account gets its own deposit address per asset and network. Deposits are credited after the required number of confirmations for that network — automatically, with no staff step.

Send only the listed asset on the listed network. Assets sent on the wrong network, or below the minimum, may be unrecoverable. Deposit addresses are yours alone; never reuse someone else’s.
Currency conversion
You can hold and convert between currencies inside the account. Conversion is quoted before you commit: the rate, the spread and the amount you will receive are shown, and the quote can be used once. Fiat rates come from the European Central Bank’s daily reference fixing, so the rate you are shown is dated and can be checked against a public source.
How a withdrawal is processed
Every payout follows the same path, whether it ends on a blockchain or in a bank account.
You request
Choose the amount and destination. Fees and the amount you will receive are shown before you confirm, and a fresh two-factor code is required.
Automatic checks
Limits, velocity and risk rules run first. The amount is locked on your balance immediately, so the same money cannot be requested twice.
Human approval
Above a threshold a member of staff approves it — never the person who requested it, and never their own account.
Sent and settled
A crypto payout is broadcast and tracked to confirmation. A bank payout is sent by a person, who records the payment reference against it. Only then is the lock settled and the balance reduced.
A withdrawal is never blocked because of the country you live in. Limits, verification and risk review apply to everyone — but there is no jurisdiction switch that traps your money, and the data model does not have a field for one.
