Private clients

Private client desk

A named contact, payments handled by a person who knows the account, and answers that do not start from scratch.

Updated September 6, 2026

Support answers tickets. The private client desk answers *you*: the same two people, who know what your account looks like, why the last payment took a day longer, and what you asked for in March.

What you get

A named contact with a direct address and an agreed response window. Payment instructions prepared in advance for large transfers, so the reference and the expected amount are already on file when your bank sends the money. Verification handled as a conversation rather than a form that keeps rejecting a document.

Coordination, not advice

The desk coordinates: it prepares, chases, explains and escalates inside the platform. It does not give investment advice, and it cannot approve its own client's withdrawal — the four-eyes rule applies to your account exactly as it applies to everyone else's. That constraint is the point: a desk that could waive controls for a good client is a desk an attacker will try to become a good client of.

Reviews

A scheduled review — quarterly by default — walks through the portfolio, the fees actually charged, and anything the monitoring rules flagged and cleared. It is a conversation with the numbers in front of both parties, not a slide deck.

Eligibility

The desk is offered above a portfolio threshold, and to clients whose account activity needs a person rather than a queue. Ask below and we will tell you plainly whether it applies to you.
